Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One reviewer from two years ago called the work professional and high quality. The same reviewer would hire the company again. Only two Google reviews exist, so the evidence is very limited.
Most five-star reviews praise fast, skilled driveway and patio work with responsive staff like the team during the sales phase. However, a handful of one and two-star reviews describe poor communication post-payment, undisclosed site work costs, and dismissal of smaller jobs without explanation.
The team consistently deliver polished outdoor living projects with stone patios, retaining walls, and fire features across the Charlotte-Rock Hill region. Work moves fast, communication is typically clear, and cleanup includes finishing touches like sod and mulch. One recent customer reported five unanswered outreach attempts after initial contact, an outlier against the overwhelming pattern of responsiveness.
