Strong recent track record on patios and slabs with timely work and clear communication. Older complaints (3-4 years back) cite abandonment, unfinished jobs, and refusal to warranty damage; newer reviews show consistent professional execution.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Customers praise the crew for clear updates, respect for their property, and solid work. Recent reviews cover driveways, patios, and a driveway extension. Reviewers say the crew kept jobs on schedule and worked well in the heat.
Installation work is solid: crews arrive professional, finish quickly, and produce clean results that satisfy most customers. But responsiveness crumbles once the job ends. Multiple reviews document months or years of ignored calls and emails about warranty repairs; the company claims lifetime coverage yet has failed to honor it, leaving customers frustrated and out of pocket for fixes they expected covered.
Reviewers describe a team that explains foundation problems in plain terms and does not push big jobs. Many say the staff keep them updated and show up on time. Several say they would hire the company again or refer friends and clients. Customers who needed crawl space work, waterproofing, or mold treatment describe steady, careful crews. Reviewers mention encapsulation, interior waterproofing, helical piers, and insulation work. Some note printed estimates and daily check-ins during projects.
